Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Great option for non-urgent orders

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes, which vary by country.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some products have special conditions (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Inflatable PFDs and Kayak Fishing PFDs (once removed from original packaging)
  • Foot Traction Pads (if installed or removed from packaging)
  • Kayak Seats that show signs of use
  • Any electrical components (Batteries & Chargers, Trolling Motors) that have been installed or used

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request
  2. Provide Details including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
  3. Wait for Approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package Items Securely in their original packaging with all accessories
  5. Ship Your Return using the carrier we specify (return shipping costs may apply)

Return Shipping Information

  • For returns due to our error or defective products: We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Standard Returns: You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • International Returns: Contact us for specific instructions as duties/taxes may apply

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
